A deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required for customized items.

Deposits are due at the time of order as a confirmation to secure your booking and they are non refundable.
PAYMENT FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:

Payment for all orders is due in full 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up date.

Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of your order.
DELIVERY FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS:

We offer local delivery only, please inquire for delivery fees.

If location is outside of specified delivery area, order pick up is necessary to receive your custom order.
LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM & WEBSITE ORDERS:

Custom orders must be placed two weeks in advance.

Rush orders will require an additional fee

Ready to go desserts on our website will be shipped out within 2-3 days of order placement.
READY TO GO WEBSITE RETURNS:

In the event of an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted upon review and is based on products proven to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:

Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders if within the specified cancellation period, please note the deposit for your order is non refundable.

Refunds or changes for damaged or unsatisfactory products will be considered upon review and verification only at the time of delivery or pick up.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY OR PICK UP FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:

In the event of an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon inspecting and receiving your dessert during delivery or pick up.

Once the dessert is accepted upon delivery or pick up, no refunds or changes can be granted for any reason thereafter.
CANCELLATION FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:

Cancellations or changes to orders must be made at least 1 week before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
